Rooted in
Tyrol

Agriculture for us, the Auingers, is not just a profession – it’s a calling. For generations, we have tended to our fields, meadows, and animals with respect for nature and love for our homeland.

What grows and is created on our farm goes directly to the tables of our guests: at the breakfast buffet of the AU Pension, in our farm shop, on our alpine pastures, and in our catering services. Short distances, genuine quality.

Herbs &
Wildflowers

Carefully harvested, dried, and processed – from elderflower to thyme to yarrow, a fascinating spectrum of herbs and flowers finds its well-deserved place in our kitchen.

We take great care in processing: all ingredients are harvested with care and gently processed to retain their full flavor.

What Sets Us Apart

Our Agriculture

I.
Animal Husbandry

Our animals thrive on lush Tyrolean meadows – kept in a humane manner, with plenty of space and the best feed from our own cultivation.

II.
Meadow Care

Our alpine meadows at the Wilder Kaiser are traditionally mown and maintained – for healthy forage and a preserved mountain landscape.

III.
Circular Economy

What the farm does not use returns to nature. Sustainability is not a concept for us – it’s everyday life.

IV.
Herb Collection

Seasonal, hand-picked, and gently dried – our wild herbs and flowers are the secret stars of our kitchen.

V.
Direct Marketing

From the stable directly to the table – no detours. In the farm shop and at the breakfast buffet, you can experience our products in their finest form.

VI.
Tyrolean Tradition

Almabtrieb, alpine farming, customs – we cherish the traditions of our homeland and proudly pass them on to the next generation.

Annual Highlight

Almabtrieb in Söll –
A Living Tradition

At the end of September, it's that time again: the festively adorned cows make their way back from the alpine meadows to the valley. Artistic floral crowns, traditional music, regional delicacies, and authentic Tyrolean customs make the Almabtrieb an unforgettable experience.

Visitors from around the world come to Söll to witness this unique spectacle up close.
