We take great pride in our in-house production of dairy and meat products. Our cows spend their summers grazing on the meadows of AU Alm and are cared for at Auhof in Söll during the winter.
In addition to cheese, bacon, a variety of dairy products, tea, syrup, jams, and chutneys, the diversity of our offerings increases significantly with the seasons!
