We take great pride in our in-house production of dairy and meat products. Our cows spend the summer grazing in the AU Alm and are cared for during the winter at Auhof in Söll.
In addition to cheese, bacon, a variety of dairy products, tea, syrup, jams, and chutneys, the diversity of our products grows even more depending on the season!
